This is an Art Déco Nude, Woman Painting, Naked Woman a nude of a woman lying in a bed, oil on cardboard,
1930s-1940s, Art Deco. This nude oil art work, XX Century, is signed by Diey Yves (1892-1984),
a french painter, as you can see bottom right.
Diey Yves (1892-1984) was born in Paris and was a painter mainly of nudes, but also of landscapes and genre scenes.
He exhibited in Paris at the "Salon Des Artistes" and in 1942 he received a medal.
He was a French Post-Impressionist painter. The proposed painting and the frame are restored.
The oil on canvas painting dates back to the twentieth Century and it is an artwork
of Bisgart Collection of Antique Paintings of the 20th Century.
