Primo Dolzan is an Italian painter born in Tezze Sul Brenta in Veneto.
Landscape and still life painter. He exhibited at the Salon of Artists in Paris between 1933 and 1935.
Behind the frame there is a label with the date 1933 written on it.
The frame and the painting are carefully and professionally restored.
